For Long-Term Rentals (2months +)

• We organise the collection of rent and utility bills

• Provide monthly/quarterly invoices for your records and tax returns

• Provide a legal rental contract for the tenant

• We use a team of trusted and qualified tradesman to deal with any maintenance issues that may occur

• We do quarterly property checks when you have tenants or fortnightly when the property is unoccupied with reports sent to give you peace of mind

• We are available to both you and the tenant for any issues or queries via phone call, email, messenger or whatsapp

• Any issues will be resolved asap

• All tenants are reference checked

• Tenants have to provide ID, bank account details and Proof of income/pensions

• Your property will be advertised on our website and various portals to attract the best tenants
